Syangboche is popular for astonishing Buddhist culture and their priest {Lama} .when you landed on lukla & start trekking within 2/3 hours we will reach Phakading where the government official will check your   Sagarmatha National Park permit. we will stay overnight in Phakading .After breakfast at Phakading we will continue our journey when we reach Toktok we observe natural waterfall 2750 meters.Ovserve  barrenland, mountain, flora & fauna. we reach Benkar  then take a bath of natural hot spring then again continue our journey when we reach Jorsale it will be time to take lunch.After 2/3 hours hiking of passing landscape you reach another Sherpa settlement Called Namche Bazzar  there we will get many hotels, restaurant, bank, ATM and different market. we stay overnight at Namche bazzar 3440 meters.After breakfast we heading to Khumjung via Syangboche when we reach Syangboche we see yak breeding center and Buddhist Monasteries.Aftefr lunch we start journey to Khumjung Gompa 3780 meters overnight there.Early morning we observe sunrise at Khumjung and thrilling experience of Everest,Kalapathar,cho oyu,Lotse and Thamerku.After exploring Everest region we descending  to phakading for overnight. Early morning we heading to lukla this is last day at Everest region.

Trekking Gear and Best Season

 Above 3000m the weather at night will be freezing cold. we recommend to bring down jacket,sleeping bag(thermal liner make it extra toasty), fleece jacket, thermal underwear, pairs of long paints,3 synthetic t-shert,footwear Trekking boot, trekking socks, rain coat,wollen hat,globes,sun lotion, polarized sunglasses, travel towel, tissue paper, lip bam,camera,back up for mobile and sandal for evening  walk.

You will need first aid kit including medicine like,Diamox (for any symptoms of headaches, dinginess, loss of appetite) diarrhea, antibiotics, bandage for blister, use a lot of water and be vegetarian is best way to survive in mountain.  Best season to do Everest kalapathar or EBC is from March to May and September to December. Even from May to September it will be monsoon time possibly rainy. From December to March to the weather reach below zero but you will see amazing views of Mount Everest. Even in off season there are few trekkers in mountain.

Trekking guide and potter

The government of Nepal considers hiring guide or potter above 3000m height. Government have every year providing special training for guide how to be safe on high mountain from altitude sickness, how to use first aid Medical kit in emergency, how to safe life of injured trekkers life in high mountain. Trekking guide has many advantages to High Mountain they will explain about nature, culture, customs, flora and fauna.
